What you'll do
Support process engineering across stringing, layup, lamination, framing, and testing.
Analyze yield, throughput, and downtime data and propose improvements.
Help develop standard work, fixtures, and continuous-improvement projects.
Partner with operators and quality on root-cause and corrective action.
What you bring
Pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering.
Interest in high-volume manufacturing and process optimization.
