Responsibilities

Assist in preparing accurate repair estimates by gathering details, reviewing vehicle damage, and supporting the estimating process

Communicate with customers in a friendly, helpful way and keep them informed about next steps

Work closely with production and shop staff to help make sure information is complete and accurate

Learn how to identify repair needs, parts requirements, and labor details under the guidance of experienced team members

Keep records, notes, photos and estimate information organized and up to date

Support daily customer service tasks and help create a smooth experience from the first visit through completion

Follow company procedures and maintain a professional, welcoming attitude in every interaction

Take part in training and coaching to build your estimating knowledge and grow in the role


Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Clear verbal and written communication skills

Basic computer skills and comfort using office software

Ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks

Customer service mindset and a courteous approach

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation, if required for the role

Prior experience in automotive service, body shop support, or estimating is a plus

Familiarity with dealership systems, repair orders, or parts processes is preferred
