Company E is seeking a Project Manager to lead high-impact projects and drive delivery from planning through execution.

Position Summary

As a Project Manager, you will oversee project delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure timelines, scope, and outcomes are aligned with business goals. You will bring structure to complex work by translating requirements into actionable plans, monitoring progress, and proactively addressing risks.

In this Hybrid role in Mountain View, CA, you will partner closely with stakeholders to maintain clear communication, support decision-making, and deliver results that meet or exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize, and manage project execution, including scope definition, milestones, and delivery timelines

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals, priorities, and deliverables

  • Track progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track

  • Maintain project documentation and status reporting, communicating updates clearly and consistently

  • Drive change management when requirements shift, ensuring impact to schedule, scope, and resources is understood

Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience managing projects from initiation through completion

  • Proven ability to organize work, manage priorities, and deliver against timelines in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate clearly across teams

  • Demonstrated experience tracking project performance, managing risks, and resolving operational issues

  • Proficiency in using standard office tools to create and maintain project documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing projects in a technology, operations, or customer-facing environment

  • Familiarity with structured project management methodologies and disciplined planning/estimation practices

  • Experience leading multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities

  • Strong analytical skills to assess tradeoffs and support sound decision-making

Compensation

Annual salary: $100,000
