As a critical member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and ensuring seamless operations on our unit.
Responsibilities:
• Leadership: Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the nursing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Patient Care: Oversee the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and protocols.
• Operations: Manage unit resources, streamline processes, and optimize workflows to promote efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
