We are currently hiring Behavior Technicians to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience working with children with Autism while training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
What You'll Do:
- Work 1:1 with children in our clinic, school, or home settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by experienced BCBAs
- Support children in building communication, daily living, and social skills
- Collect and track data on patient progress
- Receive weekly supervision and ongoing mentorship from a BCBA
- Paid training and full support to earn your RBT certification
- Flexible scheduling (daytime shifts, Monday–Friday, no weekends)
