What You’ll Do

As a Server/Waitress at Bison Street Pub, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and seating guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Taking accurate food and drink orders and delivering them promptly.
• Providing menu recommendations and answering any questions about our offerings.
• Ensuring tables are clean, organized, and ready for the next guest.
• Handling payments and maintaining accurate cash handling procedures.
• Collaborating with team members to create a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
• Maintaining a positive attitude and representing Bison Street Pub’s commitment to excellent service.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a dedication to great service. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a serving or waitress role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Attitude: A team player with a positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are a must.
