Essential Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks (training provided if applicable).
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain accurate inventory using scanners and warehouse management systems.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform general warehouse duties and assist with other tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling experience is helpful but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout an 8-hour shift.
• Strong attention to detail and a positive work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Flexibility to transition from first shift during training to second shift after permanent hire.

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Perform repetitive bending, reaching, twisting, and lifting.
• Work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
