Compensation: $24.00-$28.00/hour

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative, client support, operations, or financial services experience.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong proofreading and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Previous banking or wealth management experience is a plus but not required.

Addison Group is hiring an Administrative Assistant for our client in Scottsdale, AZ. This contract opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented administrative professional who enjoys supporting high-level financial professionals while delivering exceptional client service. The selected candidate will assist with account administration, documentation, reporting, and daily operational activities that help ensure a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support wealth management professionals with administrative and client service activities.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread client correspondence and account documentation.
  • Coordinate new account setup by organizing required paperwork and ensuring documentation is complete.
  • Process client transactions, including payment requests, transfers, distributions, and related account activity.
  • Assist with account maintenance, updates, and closure documentation.
  • Monitor account activity, reconcile information, and identify items requiring follow-up.
  • Generate client reports, statements, performance summaries, and other financial documentation.
  • Help maintain organized electronic records by scanning and indexing account documents.
  • Track outstanding tasks, approvals, deadlines, and follow-up items to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide professional customer service by responding to client inquiries and supporting relationship management efforts.
  • Assist with tax reporting support, document preparation, filing, and other administrative projects as assigned.
