Other days you'll be coaching someone at a community job site, volunteering with a local organization, enjoying a community outing, or helping someone try something new for the very first time.Your encouragement, patience, and belief in people will help them discover strengths they didn't know they had.Every day is different. Every day matters.You'll Thrive Here If You...· Enjoy encouraging and motivating others.· Prefer being active instead of sitting behind a desk.· Like teaching through hands-on experiences.· Believe everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed.· Stay calm, positive, and flexible when plans change.· Enjoy working in the community and building relationships.· Like days that are active, varied, and never boring.· Find joy in celebrating the little victories that make a big difference.Your Responsibilities· Coach individuals while they work at GTI and community job sites.· Teach job skills and promote independence.· Provide transportation using GTI vehicles.· Support production work while maintaining quality standards.· Encourage positive work habits, teamwork, and confidence.· Assist with volunteer projects, community outings, and recreational activities.· Help individuals develop friendships and meaningful community connections.· Support individuals with personal care and medication administration when needed.· Complete daily documentation and communicate progress with the Opportunity Builder.· Promote safety, dignity, inclusion, and respect in every setting.
