Position – Customer Service Representative

Job Location – Milwaukee, WI (downtown)

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp to hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st Shift (9am-5pm)

Starting Pay – $20 an hour

Required Education – High School Diploma/GED

Required Experience – At least 2 years of experience

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team, especially as we head into our busy peak season!

In this role, you will be the helpful voice on the other end of the line, primarily handling high-volume inbound calls and scheduling appointments for clients. If you have a passion for helping people, a strong work ethic, and great attention to detail, we want to hear from you!

• Customer Support: Answer inbound phone calls, provide attentive, top-tier customer service, and answer client questions completely and accurately.
• Appointment Scheduling: Guide customers through the scheduling process to secure appointments with staff for applications.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain precise call logs, appointment schedules, and accurate customer records with a high level of accuracy.
• Documentation & Reporting: Prepare necessary forms, and complete and submit daily reporting forms to the Call Center Manager.
• Performance Metrics: Maintain daily production goals, including meeting the required minimum number of calls answered per day.
