Roofing Project Manager - Quality Control
Job Description
Salty Dog Roofing and Siding is a growing roofing company specializing in residential and multi-family roofing and siding. We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish while ensuring quality workmanship and excellent customer service.
Compensation:$60,000+ yearly
Responsibilities:
- Inspect completed and in-progress roofing installations for quality and compliance
- Communicate with homeowners and subcontractors
- Verify materials, workmanship, and installation methods meet company standards
- Document inspections with photos and written reports
- Perform job site inspections and ensure quality standards
- Order materials and manage deliveries
- Track project progress and maintain job documentation
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Handle customer questions and provide project updates
Qualifications:
- Experience in roofing and/or construction
- Strong work ethic
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects at once
- Knowledge of residential roofing systems and siding systems
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs when necessary
