Job Summary:
At Kutamani Developmental Services, LLC (KDS), we are committed to empowering and inspiring children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays to reach their personal best. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Bilingual RBT (ABA Technician) to join our dedicated team of professionals providing comprehensive behavioral intervention services. As a Bilingual RBT, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA and Group services to children and families, while maintaining accurate records and excellent communication with supervising professionals.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive/focused behavioral intervention services to clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental delays in language, cognitive, adaptive behavior, social-emotional, self-care, fine motor, gross motor, and communication development
Deliver direct ABA and Group services to children and families, ensuring culturally sensitive and bilingual support
Accurately record case notes, maintaining detailed and organized records of client progress and service delivery
Collaborate with supervising BCaBA or BCBA to develop and implement behavior service plans, ensuring continuity of care and progress monitoring
Communicate effectively with families, schools, and medical providers to ensure a comprehensive and collaborative approach to care
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and latest research in ABA
