Cleaner

3B'S Janitorial Services LLC is seeking a part-time Cleaner to help maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for our clients in Volusia County, Seminole County and Orange County.

Position Summary

The Cleaner is responsible for performing routine cleaning tasks to ensure assigned areas are consistently maintained to a high standard. This role is onsite and part-time, supporting daily operations through thorough, efficient cleaning and careful attention to detail.

You will work independently or as part of a small team to complete cleaning assignments, follow established procedures, and help deliver a reliable service experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including restrooms, floors, surfaces, and common spaces

• Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform other routine cleaning tasks as needed

• Dispose of trash and replace liners; restock basic supplies when required

• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety practices while working onsite

• Report missing supplies, damages, or maintenance needs to the appropriate contact

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work onsite in Volusia County, Seminole County and Orange County on a part-time schedule

• Reliable transportation and punctuality with a strong work ethic

• Ability to perform routine cleaning tasks that may involve standing, lifting, bending, and walking

• Attention to detail to ensure spaces are cleaned thoroughly and consistently

• Willingness to follow safety guidelines and cleaning procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience

• Experience working in commercial or client-facing environments

• Familiarity with basic cleaning and sanitation practices

• Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within assigned timeframes
