Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) – Full-Time

Nightingale Nursing and Rehab Center is seeking an accomplished and mission-driven Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing community in Erie, Pennsylvania. Position Overview
The Administrator is responsible for the overall management, direction, and coordination of facility operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of long-term care regulations, and the ability to foster a positive, collaborative culture among staff, residents, and families.
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive leadership and oversight for all clinical, operational, and administrative functions
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulatory requirements
Lead and mentor department managers to achieve performance goals and quality outcomes
Oversee budgeting, financial performance, census development, and resource allocation
Maintain strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and community partners
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives
Promote a professional, supportive, and resident-focused environment
Support recruitment, retention, and staff development efforts across all departments
Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) license required
Experience as an LNHA in a skilled nursing facility strongly preferred
Demonstrated success in leadership, operations management, and regulatory compliance
Strong communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
