PlayDate Behavioral Interventions is a locally founded and run nonprofit organization dedicated to helping children with special needs. Our mission is to provide personalized intervention plans to support communication, emotional disorders, and learning disabilities. With a focus on respect, care, and compassion, we strive to make a positive impact in the lives of our patients.

We are seeking energetic and compassionate Behavioral Therapists to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist with PlayDate Behavioral Interventions, you will have the opportunity to implement the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to teach social, self-help, academic, and living skills to our patients. Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic intervention in scheduled locations in accordance with policies and requirements

• Engage in play, prompt social interactions, assist with community engagement, and prepare meals according to dietary restrictions

• Maintain training and necessary certifications

• Collect data and work with a multidisciplinary team

• Work with patients one-on-one and in groups to incorporate behavior treatment into their daily lives

• Communicate with teachers, parents, family members, and other caregivers to provide effective treatment

Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

Willingness/ability to transport children in personal vehicle

Experience

• Special needs experience preferred (1 year)
