Compensation:$100,000 + Annually
Responsibilities:
- Meet with sellers to understand their goals and needs
- Create pricing and listing strategies based on market data
- Market properties and coordinate listing activities
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions through closing
- Keep clients informed throughout the selling process
- Work with our Inside Sales and Marketing teams to convert leads into listings
Qualifications:
Active Virginia Real Estate License
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Professional and client-focused
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Coachable and willing to follow proven systems
Team-oriented with a growth mindset
Listing experience is a plus, but not required
