Responsibilities

• Operate the car wash equipment to ensure vehicles are cleaned safely and thoroughly
• Monitor each wash to make sure vehicles come out clean and meet company standards
• Perform basic tasks to keep the car wash running smoothly
• Follow training and procedures to maintain a clean, efficient, and professional operation
• Provide reliable service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Upsell and and Inform customers of Memberships and services

Qualifications

• 18 or older and must have reliable transportation
• Sales oriented and peoples person
• High-energy, positive attitude — you bring the hype and make customers smile
• Naturally friendly and love talking to people
• Strong customer service skills with a “customer-first” mentality
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to work as part of a fast-paced team
• Willing to learn, take feedback, and improve every day
