Every time.Climb Higher (About the Job) TCI is seeking an experienced Civil Foreman and operator with experience in Concrete, Underground and Earthwork. We work in public and private jobs completing work anywhere from street opening with all utilities to small repairs and sidewalk replacements. We are looking for experienced Foreman who has experience in the civil construction industry. Must be independent, dependable and timely with organizational abilities and an attitude for teamwork - we work together to make each other successful.Your Work that Keeps us Connected (Job Responsibilities) Oversees and coordinates the installation of concrete foundations on wireless sites, including but not limited to, operating heavy equipment, completing drilled pier, gravity pad, and building pad foundationsAbility to oversees a 2-3 man crew on project sites, ensuring safety, responsible tool and equipment usage, and performance expectations are all being upheld to standardsEffectively communicates project plans and standards to labor crews, sub-contractors, vendors, and customersAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and foundation designsResponsible for communicating with vendors to order jobsite materials like concrete, stone, block, rebar etc.Ability to complete multiple concrete forming and pouring methods in accordance with EPA and local jurisdictionsEnsuring all work is inspected by the Authority having local jurisdictionPerform site grading and layouts using a laser levelEfficiently operates equipment such as, skid steer and mini excavator for foundation excavation and utility trenchingPerform site grading and layouts using a laser levelEnsure safety is always being adhered to using proper procedures, completing daily JSA/toolbox talks and maintaining good housekeeping on siteWork with the Project Manager and Construction Manager daily to ensure schedules are being metComplete project required close-out packages and take required photos, sending to management to verify installation has been done properlyPerform other duties as assignedPhysical Demands/Environmental Conditions:Must be able to work in a variety of physical positions, like sitting, squatting, standing, walking, and drivingMust endure regular exposure to all weather conditions, including hot, cold, humid, and rainy during all seasons throughout the yearMay be exposed to uncomfortable or distracting sounds or noise levels on sites of projects being managed or coordinatedMust wear common protective safety equipment, such as safety glasses, gloves, hearing protection, hard hats and high visible vest when working on-siteSignal Strength (Qualifications)5+ years' experience in civil works - on and around various wireless sites preferred3+ years' experience leading a construction crewHydraulics LicenseOSHA 30 Certification preferredHigh School diploma or equivalent required'CDL A PreferredWhy TCI - What You'll Gain (Benefits)Competitive compensationGenerous paid time off policies10 paid holidaysHealth, Dental and Vision PlansFlexible Spending Accounts401(k) with Company MatchActive culture and inclusion clubMonthly photo contests to win gift cardsTimberline Communications Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
