License Counselor - Evening Shift

We need a Licensed Outpatient Counselor

Position Summary:

· Provide in person services at NL Whole Health Treatment Center/DeSoto Office.

· Responsible for the provision of group and individual counseling.

· Perform assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.

· Self-motivated individual who can work in an active environment.

· Flexibility, ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are necessary.

Requirements/Qualifications

· A degree and valid Louisiana state LPC, or LCSW license to practice

· BLS and CPI certification. (if not CPI certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)

· At least 2 years of group therapy experience.

· Three years of experience in Outpatient Counseling preferred

· Basic knowledge of computer skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required

· Must be able to read, write, and speak English

· Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities

· The ability to organize and time-manage, and be a Team-Player
