What You’ll Do

As our Catering Sales Person, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our catering success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to generate new catering sales.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the community.
- Collaborating with our team to create tailored catering packages that meet client needs.
- Managing the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to final booking, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
- Representing Rock Creek Kitchen & Bar at networking events and community functions to promote our catering services.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and contributing to the overall growth of our business.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in catering, hospitality, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting client relationships.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple events and clients simultaneously.
- A self-motivated and proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences.
