About the Position

As a Custodian at Saratoga Hot Springs Resort, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facilities remain spotless, safe, and inviting for our guests and staff. With your keen eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness, you’ll help us maintain the high standards that make our resort a cherished destination.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will: - Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing. - Ensure restrooms, common areas, and workspaces are clean and well-stocked. - Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with resort guidelines. - Inspect and report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate team members. - Assist with special cleaning projects as needed to keep the resort in top condition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who: - Has at least 1 year of experience in custodial or janitorial work. - Is detail-oriented and takes pride in maintaining a clean and organized environment. - Demonstrates reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently. - Can handle physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
