About the Role:

As a PRN Nurse with Springs of Covington, you will provide skilled nursing services to our patients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, Medication Administration, and wound care
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Monitor patient progress, identify changes, and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to optimize patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience as a RN or LPN
• Current license in the state of Arkansas or ability to obtain within 30 days
• Ability to work flexible part-time schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
