Lead HVAC Service Technician


Location: Fenton, MO
Pay: $40-$43/hour DOE
$3,000 Sign-On Bonus

• $1,000 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 180 days
• $1,000 after 1 year

We're looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Service Technician to lead service and installation projects in residential homes, manufactured housing, apartment communities, and light commercial properties. If you're a skilled technician who enjoys troubleshooting, mentoring others, and delivering excellent customer service, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead HVAC service, repair, and installation projects
• Diagnose and repair heating, cooling, and refrigeration systems
• Service residential, apartment, manufactured housing, and light commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform apartment maintenance HVAC work, including unit turns and occupied service calls
• Support and mentor other technicians
• Ensure all work meets code and manufacturer standards
• Complete service documentation and maintain truck inventory
• Deliver outstanding customer service

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience
• 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Lead or senior technician experience preferred
• Experience with residential, apartment maintenance, manufactured housing, or light commercial HVAC
• EPA 608 Certification
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Valid driver's license
