We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Living Sales Advisor to guide older adults and their families through the complex process of choosing independent living, assisted living, or memory care at Riverside Commons. As a Senior Living Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in our mission to provide exceptional senior living experiences.
Core Responsibilities:
Client Consultation: Listen to family needs, evaluate care levels, and explain financial or residency options.
Community Tours: Show apartments or facilities and coordinate with on-site healthcare or wellness teams.
Pipeline Management: Track prospective residents, log interactions in a CRM database, and follow up regularly.
Outreach: Build referral partnerships with local hospitals, social workers, and senior care agencies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Sales Background: Strong track record in inside or outside sales, hospitality, or healthcare business development.
Empathy: High emotional intelligence to support families through stressful, emotional life transitions.

Knowledge: Familiarity with senior housing regulations, care tiers, and local community resources.
