Executive Assistant - Mortgage & Title
Job Description
We are a mortgage and title company in Tampa looking for a full-time assistant to support the CEO across mortgage, title, and administrative operations. This is an in-person position at our Tampa office.
The role covers a range of responsibilities depending on the needs of the business, including client calls, title file support, executive administrative work, and research projects.
$40,000 - $55,000 at plan compensation.
Compensation:$40,000 - $55,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Take loan consultation calls and review options with borrowers
Order and review title work, clear conditions, and coordinate closings
Manage the CEO's calendar, correspondence, and follow-ups
Conduct legal and regulatory research; draft and review documents
Support projects across both the mortgage and title sides of the business
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience in mortgage, title, or real estate closings
Comfortable handling client calls
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Able to manage multiple types of work in the same day
Available in person at our Tampa office five days a week
