About the Role
As a Dietary Aide, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to our residents, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and contributing to a positive and respectful dining experience. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and passion for delivering excellent customer service will make you an invaluable member of our team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the dietary services team in preparing and serving meals, including setting tables, washing dishes, and cleaning culinary equipment
Maintain accurate records of food temperatures, inventory, and resident meal preferences
Ensure food safety and quality by following established protocols and guidelines
Collaborate with other departments to provide a seamless dining experience for residents
Participate in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Provide exceptional customer service to residents, families, and colleagues
