Job Summary

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our passionate team at Astra ABA, where we empower young minds to flourish. As a BT, you will provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children in their homes, supporting their journey towards realizing their full potential. Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in a home setting

  • Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with fidelity under BCBA supervision

  • Utilize ABA techniques such as positive reinforcement, shaping, and natural environment teaching (NET)

  • Support skill development in communication, social, play, adaptive, and academic domains

  • Collect accurate data on client progress during every session and submit same-day SOAP notes

  • Collaborate and maintain clear communication with BCBAs, families, and team members

  • Protect client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA

  • Adhere to BACB Ethics Code for RBTs only and company policies

  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision as required
