At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a valued member of our team, we are seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our part-time team in Bahama, NC, USA.

About the Role:

As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes

  • Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress

  • Developing and implementing behavioral interventions and strategies

  • Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans

  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with ASD

  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client treatment plans and goals

  • Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as directed by BCBAs

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
