At Alight Behavioral Therapy, we provide personalized, in-home ABA therapy and autism evaluations, all designed to help children on the autism spectrum reach their full potential. As a valued member of our team, we are seeking a caring and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our part-time team in Bahama, NC, USA.
About the Role:
As an RBT, you will work closely with our experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting one-on-one ABA therapy sessions with clients in their homes
Collecting and recording data on client behaviors and progress
Developing and implementing behavioral interventions and strategies
Collaborating with BCBAs to develop and modify treatment plans
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client sessions and progress
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children with ASD
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of client treatment plans and goals
Implement behavioral interventions and strategies as directed by BCBAs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
