Compensation: $39-$41 for LPN licensure/ $45-$50 for RN licensure

RN/LPN Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:· Supervise and support CNAs, LPNs, and RNs· Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure excellent outcomes· Manage clinical operations and mentor staff· Lead with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitudeRN/LPN Weekend Day Nurse Supervisor Qualifications:· MUST HAVE: Valid/ Active NJ RN/ LPN license· MUST HAVE: LTC Experience and previous supervisory experience· Reliable, Communicative, Hard-Working, Dedicated· A team player, coach, and calm problem-solver· Point Click Care experience· Computer savvy
