Customer Service Specialist
Location: Mason, OH 45040
Starting Pay: $20/hr
1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience working in a call center or customer service environment
- High School Diploma
- Strong math skills - understand fractions and decimals
- Strong Outlook and Excel skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Responsibilities:
- Obtain & retain extensive product knowledge
- Takes incoming & outgoing calls
- Verifies orders are designated properly & all info is correct prior to submitting order entry
- Inputs warranty registration info
- Input individual call info into call data tracking tool
- Assist walk-in customers
- Directing calls to managerial team
