Crew Leader/ Foreman

Duties:
- Lead arborist to lead a crew of 3 tree workers
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
- Coordinate with sales team and production manager to ensure timely completion of projects
- Provide guidance and training to crew members
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols on job sites
- Maintain accurate records of work performed

-Driving of large truck and trailer to and from job site (requires CDL class A)

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the arboriculture industry
- Strong knowledge of tree work, rigging and operation of heavy equipment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to ensure quality control
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the tree industry

- Ability and knowledge to drive Commercial vehicles with CDL License class A or ability to obtain within 90 days

Experience:

• Arborist: 2 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• CDL (Preferred)
• Certified Arborist (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Charlotte, NC (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Charlotte, NC: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
