We are seeking a dedicated and organized Parts Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently pulling parts from inventory for assembly from manufacturing travelers, routing parts between departments, and managing the receipt of parts from the shipping and receiving department. This role is crucial for ensuring that parts are delivered to their final workstation in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately track inventory levels and report discrepancies.
Organize and maintain inventory storage areas for easy access.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth transitions of parts throughout the manufacturing process.
Inspect received parts for quality and accuracy.
Properly route parts to their designated departments or place them into inventory.
Update inventory management systems as needed.
