Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm

What You’ll Do:
- Guide clients through each stage of the loan process from application through closing – ensuring every step is completed accurately, efficiently, and on time
- Collect, organize, and manage required loan documentation
- Coordinate with borrowers, loan officers, builders, Realtors, title companies, and underwriting to keep all parties aligned
- Provide regular status updates so everyone involved knows exactly where the loan stands
- Monitor deadlines and proactively resolve issues to keep closings on schedule
- Deliver an exceptional client experience from first contact through closing

- Exceptional attention to detail – you take pride in accuracy and getting it right the first time
- Outstanding communication and follow-through – clients and partners count on you to keep them informed
- Ability to manage multiple files and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms and software systems
- Genuine desire to serve others and create an outstanding client experience
- Mortgage, banking, title, or real estate experience is helpful but not required – the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn matter more
