Director of Preschool Gymnastics

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preschool Director for our Preschool Gymnastics Program. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, strong leadership skills, and a nurturing approach to working with young children.

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a curriculum that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children

- Instruct and run parent-toddler gymnastics classes and preschool classes.

- Supervise and support teaching staff in lesson planning, class management, and student engagement

- Ensure compliance with Paramount's philosophy and maintain a safe and healthy learning environment

- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs and development

- Manage preschool staffing needs

- Organize and oversee special events and weekly/monthly communication to parents

Experience

- Previous experience in a leadership role within an early childhood education setting

- Knowledge of sports coaching, gymnastics, childcare, and gym activities is required

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents
