Charge Capture Associate (Outpatient)

Location: California 93403
Pay: $587 – $675/week

• Second shift: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM

• Full-Time (5x8s), typically Monday–Friday

• Occasional weekend coverage may be required

• Accurately enter outpatient charges into billing systems

• Review and verify charge data and encounter information

• Collaborate with staff to obtain and validate billable items

• Resolve billing edits and support charge reconciliation

• Assist with revenue cycle processes, audits, and process improvements

• High School Diploma or GED (required); Associate’s degree preferred

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail

• Charge entry or healthcare billing experience preferred

• Strong organizational and communication skills
