Activity Assistant Weekends

Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Activity Assistant to join our Life Enrichment Team. This unique opportunity allows you to make a difference with our residents, supporting their emotional well-being and enhancing their daily lives through meaningful engagement.

This is a Part-Time position working- Every Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) Shift time can be flexible

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 6 months to a year experience working with memory care/ dementia

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented

Job Responsibilities:

• Help plan and lead recreational activities and events

• Encourage resident participation to promote mental and emotional wellness

• Support individualized activity programs

• Assist with calendar creation and setup of daily programs
