Sales Support Representative

Job Description

North Studio is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to assist with customer outreach, sales inquiries, and day-to-day sales activities. In this role, you will communicate with prospective customers, provide product and service information, follow up on leads, and help support the sales team in reaching its goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and prospective client inquiries

• Follow up with leads by phone and email

• Provide information about products and services

• Assist customers throughout the sales process

• Update customer and lead information in company systems

• Prepare basic quotes, sales documents, and follow-up correspondence

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Work closely with the sales team to support daily targets and goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
