Responsibilities:
Assist the dietary team in preparing and serving a variety of meals and snacks to residents, including those with special dietary needs and restrictions
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and safety standards
Assist with food preparation, including food storage, labeling, and inventory management
Monitor and document resident food intake and preferences to tailor meal service to individual needs
Collaborate with the dietary team to develop and implement meal plans that meet resident needs and preferences
Assist with resident dining, including setting tables, serving meals, and clearing tables
Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that residents receive exceptional dining experiences
Requirements:
0 years of experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
