Snohomish Pie Co in Snohomish is looking for Guest Service Team Members to join our strong 12-person team! We are seeking dependable, hard-working individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Our ideal candidate is friendly, attentive, punctual, and works well with a team.
- Starting wage: $17.13/hour + tips
- Tips average $5–$7/hour
- Estimated total earnings: $22–$24/hour
- Approximately 12-20 hours per week
- 2-3 days per week
- 90-Day Evaluation
- Earliest shift start: 8:00 AM
- Latest shift end: 7:00 PM
- MUST have weekend availability.
- Flexible availability required, including weekdays and weekends
We are looking for applicants interested in leadership opportunities and growth within the company. A 90-day evaluation period will be completed for all new hires, with opportunities to take on lead roles in the future.
- Greeting customers with a friendly attitude
- Answering customer questions
- Taking customer orders
- Preparing food and orders
- Serving customers efficiently
- Handling cash and processing payments
- Opening and/or closing duties
- Cleaning and maintaining workspace
- Communicating effectively with team members
- Fast paced
- 18 years or older (preferred)
- Customer service experience preferred
- Current food handler permit required
- Open and flexible availability
- Friendly and positive demeanor
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to complete work in a timely manner
