Poff's Power Solutions is seeking an experienced Trailer Mechanic to join our growing Midland shop. If you enjoy diagnosing and repairing trailers, performing structural repairs, and ensuring equipment is safe and road-ready, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair commercial trailers and semi-trailers
• Repair and replace suspension components, axles, hubs, wheel seals, brakes, and air brake systems
• Perform electrical repairs, including lighting and wiring
• Complete welding and fabrication repairs on trailer frames, floors, doors, and structural components
• Perform preventative maintenance and DOT inspections
• Document completed repairs and communicate maintenance recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Who You Are

• Experience repairing commercial trailers or heavy equipment
• Knowledge of trailer brake systems, suspension, bearings, and electrical systems
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred
• Ability to diagnose problems and perform repairs efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Dependable and able to work independently

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 12-hour day shifts | Weekend work as needed

Compensation: $25.00–$28.00 per hour, depending on experience
