Family Medicine Physician (Valley Health Services, Herkimer, NY) Per Diem

Overview:

Bassett Healthcare Network in Central New York is seeking a Per Diem Physician for Valley Health Services.

Per Diem Rate $150.00 per hour/paid malpractice insurance

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Traditional Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• Collaborative Working Environment
• EMR – Point Click Care & EPIC

Requirements

• MD, DO or MBBS
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• NYS Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS Certification Required
• DEA Required
