Construction Operations Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team and add immediate value! This is a position that is heavy on travel supporting our many high-profile customers. This position is ideal for a hands-on construction owner and should have very strong knowledge of multiple construction trades to be able to train and develop crews and crew supervisors as needed. Compensation:

$65,000 - $85,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues proactively.
• Manage and execute construction projects from planning to completion.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on project specifications, construction documents, and building codes.
• Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship.
• Conduct site evaluations and ensure compliance with building codes.

Qualifications:

• Strong project management skills, including estimating and scheduling.
• Strong working knowledge of construction terms, estimating, scheduling, and skilled in reading and understanding construction documents.
• Be able to accurately measure sites and complete take-offs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong technical skills across all construction trades.
