Lawn Care Laborer

Bigelow Outdoor Services, LLC is seeking a full-time Lawn Care Laborer to help deliver reliable, high-quality outdoor services in Coopersville, MI.

Position Summary

As a Lawn Care Laborer, you will support day-to-day landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks to keep properties looking their best. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in work quality, enjoys working outdoors, and can reliably follow directions while contributing to an efficient team.

You will perform hands-on duties as assigned, help maintain a clean and safe worksite, and assist with basic lawn care activities to ensure every job is completed to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with routine lawn care tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, and general property upkeep

• Perform assigned landscaping and cleanup duties to maintain a neat, professional appearance

• Support safe operation and handling of equipment and materials used on job sites

• Follow work instructions, schedules, and site-specific requirements provided by a team lead

• Help ensure job sites are left clean, organized, and free of debris

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions for extended periods

• Comfort performing physical, hands-on work including bending, lifting, and standing/walking

• Willingness to follow safety procedures and use equipment properly

• Reliable attendance and punctuality in an onsite team environment

• Basic understanding of lawn care tasks and willingness to learn and be coached

Preferred Qualifications

• Three years experience in commercial landscaping, lawn care, or general outdoor maintenance

• Familiarity with common lawn care tools and equipment

• Ability to communicate clearly with team members while working independently on assigned tasks

• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing consistent results

Compensation

Hourly rate: $18.00 - $23.00
