Temporary Bilingual Bus Dispatch Helper (English/Spanish)
Location: Various locations throughout Gwinnett County, GA
Pay: $16.00/hour
Start Date: July 29
Schedule: Day Shift Daytime Working Hours - Project - 2-4 Weeks
Job Summary
TRC is seeking reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Bus Dispatch Helpers to support transportation operations throughout Gwinnett County. This is a great opportunity for candidates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and can assist with coordinating bus routes and drivers.
Responsibilities
Assist dispatchers with daily transportation operations.
Communicate with drivers in both English and Spanish.
Relay route and schedule information accurately.
Help coordinate driver assignments and transportation needs.
Maintain clear and professional communication with staff.
Perform general administrative and dispatch support duties.
Work at various locations throughout Gwinnett County as needed.
Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation to travel to different Gwinnett County locations.
Previous dispatch, customer service, or transportation experience is a plus but not required.
