Cannabis Delivery Driver/Budtender

MMD is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Delivery Driver/Budtender to join our team. Employees in this position will be scheduled for delivery shifts, in-store budtender shifts, or a combination of both based on business needs.

Pay: $17–$18 per hour, plus eligible tips

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders safely and on time using your personal vehicle
• Verify customer identification before completing each delivery or transaction
• Handle cannabis products, payments, and customer information securely
• Follow assigned routes and communicate promptly regarding delays or delivery issues
• Maintain accurate delivery and transaction records
• Follow all cash-handling, product-security, and vehicle-safety procedures
• Assist customers with product selections and provide knowledgeable, friendly service
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process transactions
• Prepare delivery and pickup orders
• Restock products and maintain a clean, organized sales floor
• Perform opening, closing, cleaning, and other assigned store duties
• Follow all company policies and cannabis compliance requirements

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least two years
• Must have a clean and acceptable driving record
• Must have consistent access to a reliable personal vehicle for deliveries
• Vehicle must have current registration and meet company safety requirements
• Must maintain valid automobile insurance that meets applicable legal and company requirements
• Ability to pass all required background and driving-record checks
• Strong customer-service and communication skills
• Ability to use a smartphone, GPS, delivery applications, and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to safely handle cash and maintain accurate records
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working independently
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
• Cannabis retail or delivery experience is helpful but not required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
• Ability to repeatedly enter and exit a vehicle
• Ability to stand for extended periods while working in the store
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds

Drivers are reimbursed for the business use of their personal vehicles in accordance with company policy and applicable law.

This is an on-site and on-the-road position. Remote work is not available.
