Responsibilities
Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients to understand their personal and business insurance needs.
Create customized coverage proposals that address specific risks and protect client assets.
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel confident and informed about their policies.
Review existing policy portfolios to identify coverage gaps or opportunities for better protection.
Represent The Atlantic District within the Waterbury community through active participation in local events and networking.
Maintain accurate and timely records of all client interactions within our internal database.
Requirements
Active Connecticut Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Previous experience in a client-facing insurance or sales role.
Clear and professional verbal communication skills.
Comfort working with basic office software and digital client management systems.
Residency in or near Waterbury, Connecticut, to support our local office operations.
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
