Sales & Growth: Assist in converting leads into enrollments by promptly responding to inquiries and building trust with families.

Educational Leadership: Lead and coach the instructional team to deliver individualized math support in a group setting.

Student Success: Support student assessments, create customized learning plans, and communicate progress effectively to parents.

Instructional Excellence: Teach and tutor using the Mathnasium Method™ for both in-person and online sessions.

Operational Management: Become proficient in digital educational tools and assist with administrative tasks to keep the center professional and organized.

Math Competency: Exceptional proficiency in math (at least through Algebra I). All candidates must pass a math literacy test.

The "Closer" Mindset: Ability to balance educational needs with the sales goals of the center.

Strong Communicator: Excellent interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with families and staff.
