Ready to lead a team, work outdoors, and take pride in what you create? Enviroscapes is looking for an experienced, motivated Landscape Crew Leader to guide a hardworking team while creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces.
???? What You’ll Do- Lead a crew in planting, mulching, pruning, and landscape maintenance
- Ensure quality workmanship, safety, and attention to detail
- Coordinate with customers and project managers to meet deadlines and exceed expectations
- Train, motivate, and support crew members
- Maintain landscaping equipment and tools
- Help create a positive, professional, and productive team environment
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous landscaping or related experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Knowledge of plant care, irrigation, and landscape practices
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Physically able to perform hands-on work and lift heavy objects
- Reliable team player with a positive, can-do attitude
