2nd Shift - Production Supervisor

Currently offering a $500 retention bonus after 90-days of employment.

About the role


Responsible for leading, planning, organizing, and directing all daily production/warehouse related activities.

• This is a temp to perm position, with 30-day probationary period.
• Pay is weekly and OT is available

Responsibilities


· Provide feedback on employee work performance.
· Prepares reports and updates for upper management.
· Ability to investigate problems and strategize for better solutions.
· Ensures team members understand all warehouse operations and safety regulations.
· Assist team members with warehouse procedures that account for product flow and inventory management.
· Provides leadership and motivation to attain high levels of team member achievement.

Essential Skills


· 2 to 3 years related experience or equivalent.
· Prior experience in automotive.
· Good time-management skills.
· Demonstrated proficiency in leading teams.
· Communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills


· Understand and respond to a diverse population.
· Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
· Relevant training/certification in production or any related field.
