Physical Therapist (PT) - Inpatient

We are seeking Physical Therapists (PTs) to join our inpatient team in Salina, Kansas. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy services to support patients' recovery and overall quality of life.

Salary: $65,000+ per year, based on education and experience
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and assess their physical therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical needs.
• Implement and monitor appropriate physical therapy interventions.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and home exercises.
• Provide safe, effective, and patient-centered care.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy – Required.
• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Hospital/inpatient experience preferred.
• Current Kansas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Kansas licensure highly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required within 90 days of employment.
• Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Day shift
• 8-hour shifts
• Weekend requirements will be discussed during the interview.
• On-call responsibilities may be required.
